Becoming a patient at Vega Family Clinic is simple and stress-free.
To get started, we ask that all new patients complete our patient registration packet before their first visit. This helps us understand your medical history, insurance coverage, and healthcare needs so we can provide the best care possible.
We accept most major insurance plans and work hard to make care accessible and affordable for every patient. If you’re unsure whether your plan is accepted, our team is happy to verify coverage and answer any questions.
We also encourage you to review our clinic policies before your appointment, including details on cancellations, prescriptions, and payment options, so you know exactly what to expect during your visit.

24-Hour Appointment Cancellation Policy
To help us provide timely care to all patients, we ask that you confirm your scheduled appointment once our team reaches out by phone or text. It is the patient’s responsibility to confirm their visit. If we do not receive confirmation, the appointment may be offered to another patient on our waiting list.
We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee. After two consecutive last-minute cancellations, missed, or rescheduled appointments, patients may be discharged from our clinic services.
Please note that patients who arrive late may be asked to reschedule, and the appointment will be considered missed.
Medication Refills
Patients are responsible for contacting the clinic at (928) 750-6410 to request medication refills. To avoid delays, we recommend reaching out well before your prescription runs out so our medical providers have enough time to review and process the request.
Please note that we cannot guarantee same-day refills for last-minute requests. In some cases, an office visit may be required to ensure medication safety and proper use. Additionally, patients who have missed their most recent appointment or canceled without rescheduling will need to schedule a visit before any refills can be authorized.
